Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

詩鏡 respects user privacy and will respond to your data deletion requests. All users, including those who logged in using a Facebook account, may request deletion of their account and related data.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you submit a deletion request, the following data will be deleted in full:

1. Account information (username, OAuth linkage information)
2. Learning progress data
3. Quiz answer history
4. Session information

How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion in either of the following ways.

Method 1: Request by email

1. Send an email to contact@heuron.com.
2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request (詩鏡)".
3. In the body, include the username you registered with, or the email address linked to your Facebook account.
4. After we receive your request, we will delete the data within 5 business days and send you a completion notice.

Method 2: Remove the connection from Facebook

1. Open Facebook's "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings" > "Apps and Websites".
2. Find "詩鏡" (Shikyo) and click "Remove".
3. Once the connection is removed, our Service will no longer be able to access information from Facebook.
4. If you wish to delete your account data completely, please also submit a separate request using Method 1 above.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Once deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.

Important Notes

• Data deletion cannot be undone.
• If you log in again with the same account after deletion, it will be treated as a new account.
• If there is data that we are required by law to retain, we will inform you accordingly.
