These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of 詩鏡 (hereinafter "the Service"). By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Accounts)
- The user shall provide accurate information when registering an account.
- The user is responsible for managing their own account. We are not liable for any damages caused by the leakage of passwords or similar incidents.
- We do not recommend that a single user create multiple accounts.
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
The user shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Acts that cause nuisance to other users
- Unauthorized access or attacks against the system
- Unauthorized commercial use of the Service's content
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Article 4 (Content)
- The classical Chinese poems provided through the Service are works in the public domain.
- The copyright in supplementary content such as readings, commentary, and translations belongs to us.
- Personal use for study purposes is free, but redistribution or commercial use of the content requires prior permission.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of its content.
- The Service may be interrupted, suspended, or modified without prior notice.
- We bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
Article 6 (Modification and Termination of the Service)
We may modify the content of the Service or terminate its provision without prior notice to users.
Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)
These Terms may be changed without prior notice. If a user continues to use the Service after a change, they are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.
